Hotel Information and fees

SLAFES XX will take place in the resort hotel Salinas do Maragogi. Preferably, all participants should stay in this resort. All of the Symposium activities will take place at the convention center at the hotel. We have arranged for special deals/packages with the hotel and with TAM airlines – see details below.

Special package for SLAFES XX attendees:

(The items below can be purchased separately – except the hotel and the registration fee)

1. four nights at reduced contracted room rates: 4 x R$171,00 = R$684,00
   (This includes lunches and breakfasts on March 28, 29, 30 & 31, dinners on March 28, 30, & 31)

2. Registration fee: R$556,00
   (The registration fee includes: opening reception on March 27, symposium banquet on March 29, coffee breaks during the event, audio-visual equipment, poster boards, abstract book, meeting space)

3. Transfer between the airport and the hotel: R$128,00

4. Airline Ticket:

   • TAM Airlines: We offer discount up to 20% off on Web Airlines ticket
   • GOL Linhas Aéreas: We offer discount up to 18% off on Web Airlines ticket

Companions´ package (double room, 4 nights): R$1.040,00 per person for the “All inclusive” service.
(Lunches and breakfasts on March 28, 29, 30 & 31; dinners on March 28, 29, 30 & 31 – they can also attend the opening reception and the Symposium banquet, mornings and afternoons snacks beverages etc. according to the All inclusive service).

The transfer and the air tickets for Companions are the same prices as for the SLAFES participants (can be purchased separately).

Important Points:

• For accommodation in a single (or triple) rooms contact Travel and Housing (chat online) or Ana Cristina (reservation.slafes-xx@terrasolturismo.com.br) (+55 16 3413-0323)
• Children 2 to 12 staying with two paying adults in the same room do not have to pay the registration fee or the hotel (itens 1 & 2 above). Should they need plane tickets and transfer, they would pay R$500,00 + R$128,00 = R$628,00. Should the child need a baby/infant car seat for the ride, an added R$ 100,00 will be charged for each car seat. (plus the airport tax)
• Children 0 to 2 do not pay transfer to/from the airport; neither do they pay for plane tickets.
